3. Indemnification

4. Termination of Subscription

Termination of subscription is handled through PayPal by discontinuing your recurring subscription to the service. Upon termination, the service will remain available for the remainder of the subscription period. Should you be unhappy with your service due to unfulfillment of contract, or inability to provide service, prorated refunds can be made for the remaining term of your current subscription. PayPal transaction fees for the original payment, and refund if incurred, will be deducted rom the prorated amount to be refunded.

5. General

If any part or parts of this Agreement are found invalid or uneforceable, such part or parts shall be deemed stricken herefrom and the remainder of this Agreement shall remain at all times in full force and effect.

6. Miscellaneous

This disclaimer shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of state of Texas applicable to agreements made and to be performed within the United States of America. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Search Page Rankings and you for any purpose shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction sitting in the state of Texas, USA. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred.
